The International Public Art Festival (IPAF) is an eight-day mural art fair held in Cape Town, South Africa, by Baz-Art. IPAF hosts 20+ local and international artists to create murals unified under a socially relevant theme designed to educate and inspire. The festival includes street art tours and spray can workshops, which allow the passing public to engage with artists and learn more about the public artwork. Spectators can come and watch as the street art is created over the event and witness the process of public art in its entirety.
