The Israeli Embassy in Spain and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid invite you to the first edition of the Water & Sustainability Seminar. With water as our leading actor, we will explore the challenges of resource management, usage, and sustainable irrigation systems. Thanks to the Israeli Embassy and the Blaustein Institue for Desert Research of Ben-Gurion University, we will be having three sessions with leading scientists in the field of water management and sustainability: – Professor Noam Weisbord, Director of the Blaustein Institute, and professor specialized in the Hydrology and Environmental Microbiology department in the Zuckerberg Institute for Water Research. – Professor Oded Nir – has dedicated his studies and work to finding technologically sustainable and accessible solutions for the environmental challenges related to the water industry.
