Zeus Acquisition, Fintech FTAC by Bancorp, Files For A $440M IPO

FTAC Zeus Acquisition, a blank check fintech SPAC by The Bancorp, filed with the SEC to raise $440 million in an IPO by offering 44 million units at $10.

FTAC Zeus Acquisition was founded last year and is expected to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol ZINGU. Millennium Management has indicated interest in purchasing up to 9% of the units, valuing it at $605 million. Morgan Stanley is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
